Prequalification: Prequalification Application Bid Application When submitting the application for bidding to the tenderer, the person shall also submit to the tenderee the “Application for Pre-qualification of the Engineering Bidding Registration†(in duplicate). The prequalification documents for this project have been announced in the “Tendering and Bidding Information Column†of the Municipal Construction Engineering Trading Center.
