High-level corporate executives including China Telecom Chairman Lu Xuejin, Taiwan Vice Chairman Cai Mingzhong and Yuan Chuan Director Xu Xudong, Chairman of Asia-Pacific Telecom Group Qiu Chunzhi, Vice Chairman of Weibo Telecom Zhang Fengxiong and General Managers Zhang Xiaodong, Lai Shengwu, Li Bin, Chi Huanguo, and Zhou Zhongyu.
