For the thermal power enterprises in Jiangxi Province in the first half of 2010 and the first half of 2011, the number of hours of use of power generating units was reversed, and the power generation planning arrangements did not fully reflect the principles of energy conservation and emission reduction. Central China Electric Power Supervision Bureau attached great importance to timely visits to thermal power enterprises in Jiangxi Province and Jiangxi Province. The provincial dispatch trading department conducted in-depth investigations to find out the reasons and actively requested the power dispatch and trading department to take effective measures in an effort to change this situation.

CETC put forward relevant measures requirements and recommendations to the dispatch trading department. First, it is required to improve the structural problems of the power grid, strengthen the stability control measures, and improve the capacity of the grids in the ungraceful regions from the main grid to create conditions for the large-scale generating units. The second is to require optimal scheduling, rationally arrange spare capacity, and increase the power generation load rate of thermal power units. Third, it is proposed to increase the power generation rights trading efforts and try to allow large units to undertake transfer of electricity.

After the dispatch and transaction department of Jiangxi Province actively took corresponding measures, in the third quarter of 2011, the problem of inversion of power generation hours for large and small units was gradually improved. In the third quarter, the average power generation utilization hours of the unified thermal power units in Jiangxi Province was 1368 hours. Among them, the average utilization hours of 600,000 kw, 300,000 kw, 200,000 kw, and 100,000 kw units were 1464, 1345, 1332, and 487 hours, respectively. The difference in the number of hours used for power generation basically reflects the difference in capacity of units, and the dispatch The department expects that the overall situation in the year will be fundamentally improved.

To further promote energy saving and emission reduction work in Jiangxi Province and better serve the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province, the next step is for the Central China Battery Regulatory Bureau to actively recommend the Jiangxi Provincial Energy Administration to arrange annual power generation plans in accordance with the size of the thermal power generation The difference in the number of annual power generation utilization hours for large and different types of generating units encourages large generating units with low energy consumption and low emissions to generate more power. At the same time, Jiangxi Electric Power Company is required to rationally arrange power grid investment, further improve the power grid structure, increase the power of marketization of power generation rights, create conditions for large-scale generating units, and achieve better energy-saving and emission reduction requirements.
