An industry insider who is close to Dehao Runda told reporters that Wang Donglei, as the representative of the management of the NVC board of directors, will provide a stable rear to the management of NVC, eliminating the factors of previous disputes. Now Wu Changjiang is the CEO of NVC, and the management team of NVC is back to the pattern before the dispute. Both of these points are beneficial to the stability of NVC.

With the opening of the incandescent lamp in China, the energy-saving LED lighting has ushered in a golden period of rapid development. As a leading enterprise in traditional lighting, NVC's industrial transformation is also urgent.

However, in the face of the attractive LED market, will NVC's huge sales channels established in the form of franchisees rely solely on the products of Dehao Runda? It seems that NVC, Dehao Runda and the dealers are still in the game.

A NVC supplier told this reporter that Wu Changjiang set out to plan the LED product line after returning to NVC in October last year. However, before the Spring Festival of 2013, LED products have not yet come out, and NVC urgently needs LED products to fill the channels and stabilize the dealer team. As a result, Dehao Runda's LED products entered the NVC channel and solved the problem. At present, NVC's LED products are also on the shelves. In the future, in the same NVC lighting channel, how to coordinate the products of Dehao Runda and NVC, "I am a bit confused, I am afraid that will eventually be selected by the market."

"NVC is a sales company." The above-mentioned industry insiders believe that Dehao Runda has LED chips, packaging technology and production capacity, and the two sides are just complementary. NVC will not have any disputes again. Wu Changjiang will be the second shareholder of Dehao Runda. He will do his best to do NVC and drive the sales of Dehao Runda.

It is understood that Dehao Runda's light source products, including ball guns, spotlights, fluorescent tubes, etc., have entered the NVC channel; while NVC's LED product base in Huizhou has been launched; NVC also commissioned other factories to OEM LEDs. Illuminated lamps, such as ceiling lamps, downlights, etc.

Talking about the change of the NVC channel after the entry of Dehao Runda, a NVC core distributor said that Dehao Runda and NVC are complementary in the upstream and downstream of LED lighting, but the products of the two have crossovers and are more critical. The two must have good products between the two sides. “Products and price/performance ratios determine sales, and good products are a prerequisite.”

Zhang Xiaofei believes that NVC's production links are being weakened. Dehao Runda handed over the packaged LED products to NVC and expanded the outlet of its LED chips. However, because Dehao Runda is positioned at the low-end, it only makes its own brand of products, if NVC The products are also manufactured by Dehao Runda and may not meet the high-end positioning of the NVC brand.

The above suppliers also said that the NVC channel is a big platform, with 200 to 300 suppliers. With such a large sales volume, Dehao Runda has to adapt to the time required, and it is not a one that can be finished.
