Fujitsu to attend the 2013 Shanghai Shanghai Electronics Show

Today, Fujitsu Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced that it will attend the "12th Munich Shanghai Electronics Fair" held in Shanghai, China. The exhibition is a grand event of the Chinese electronics industry. The exhibition location is Shanghai New International Expo Center. The exhibition time is March 19-21, 2013. Power-saving, general-purpose, high-performance –FM series and new 8FX microcontrollers provide high-performance, diverse and easy-to-develop products. The latest concept of the FM series brought about by the show is based on market demand from Fujitsu Semiconductor. Continuing its products on the FM0+ series, using the "power-saving" Cortex-M0+, better performing low-power and low-voltage operation; on the FM3 series, the "universal" Cortex-M3 dominates the market with excellent compatibility and versatility. At the same time, it has a product lineup of more than 570 products; on the FM4 series, it uses the "high-performance" Cortex-M4 core and DSP&FPU digital processing functions to provide a more excellent operating environment for the system. The three series of products span many applications such as consumer electronics, industrial electronics and automotive electronics. The object's 3D real-time image eliminates visual dead zones to improve driving safety.

Simulation brings a new concept of energy collection

In this exhibition, Fujitsu Semiconductor brought two analog products, namely energy harvesting PMIC and LED driver chips. The energy collection PMIC fully embodies the latest concept of energy harvesting, and Fujitsu has applied it to the real world. In energy harvesting PMIC solutions, the products involved include ultra-low consumption buck AC/DC, DC/DC, and ultra-low input voltage boost DC/DC. LED driver products demonstrate TRIAC dimming solutions and LED lamp T5/T8/T10 solutions based on the MB39C601 and MB39C602 chips, respectively. These two LED chips can not only meet the basic lighting, but also can be extended applications in smart LED lighting and ECO battery-free remote control.

In addition, the exhibition will also exhibit the industry's first MBG2L12A, a 2G/3G/LTE commercial multi-mode transceiver, and HD video solutions for mobile devices. The video solution involves two types of products, which are built-in 1G memory and support full HD.
