As a manufacturer, oh, yes, you are the initiators, selling the lights to the end is to fight the price, in order to highlight your outstanding ability in this respect. . . Congratulations, you have successfully put the price measurement indicator on the wattage.

Seeing the nature of the phenomenon, the implied premise of this statement is that the light effects of the products you make are the same. This misunderstanding obviously comes from the continuous instillation and brainwashing of the concept of “LED energy saving”, which changes everyone's perception. By default, all LEDs are equally energy-efficient, and then the economics of the lamps are evaluated in terms of technical energy saving.

However, in a specific application, it is a false proposition that a certain technology is more energy efficient. In fact, the same technology, different products, there is nothing in the sky? The light efficiency of a single chip is as small as tens, up to several hundred. Coupled with the packaging, the design of the luminaire, and the energy efficiency of the last luminaire, it was really bad.

Obviously, when buying a lamp, buying a luminous flux is not enough. You need to buy a useful luminous flux, which can usually be measured by illuminance. This is an indicator of the economics of the luminaire from the design level and is suitable for specific lighting design projects.

The purchased luminaire, whether its luminous flux is useful, depends on itself: the light distribution, and the second depends on the designer's design: whether it is suitable to use it in the right place.

Returning to the power density method to estimate the budget, the power density in the above table is replaced by a representation method, which has a silk A: 10W/m2 ÷ 500lx = 2W/m2/100lx, Gao Fushuai: 10W/m2 ÷ 300lx = 3.3W/m2 /100lx.

Then combined with the price and power, the cost index of the silk A is 800 yuan ÷ 40W × 2W / m2 / 100lx = 40 yuan / m2 / 100lx, the cost index of Gao Fu Shuai B is 1600 yuan ÷ 40W × 3.3W / m2 / 100lx = 132 Yuan/m2/100lx.

We have said that each luminaire has an index in the functional application, and there is a cost index corresponding to it! As long as there is the price, power and light distribution data of the luminaire (the power density can be calculated).

According to the cost index of the luminaire, we can get the cost of the project's luminaires, and at the same time compare which kind of luminaires are more economical. We may wish to refer to this kind of lighting cost estimation and economic evaluation method as the lighting cost method.

How to use the lighting cost method to estimate the project cost?

Try it out: Suppose you have a 6000m2 office space and need to reach 500lx. When the space height is 3m, the index of the silk A is 40 yuan / m2 / 100lx, and the index of Gao Fu Shuai B is 132 yuan / m2 / 100lx.

When using the silk A, the project costs 40 yuan / m2 / 100lx × 6000m2 × 500lx = 1.2 million; when using Gao Fu Shuai B, the project costs 132 yuan / m2 / 100lx × 6000m2 × 500lx = 3.96 million. Of course, all the figures are only examples, and the gap caused by the actual situation should not be so big.
