The "12th Five-Year Development Plan for China Household Appliance Industry" proposal was announced several days ago. The "Planning Proposal" pointed out that the total output value of the home appliance industry at the end of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period will reach 1.5 trillion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 9.2%. Following the realization of the world's largest production scale, it will achieve the world's highest sales volume.

According to the "Planning Proposal", due to factors such as urban and rural consumption escalation, higher level of urbanization, and market demand brought about by the rapid development of emerging economies, China's home appliance industry still faces development opportunities during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period.

At the end of this month, as the first batch of pilot provinces and cities, the policies of four provinces and cities in Shandong, Henan, Sichuan, and Qingdao will soon come to an end. The industry is concerned that with the gradual withdrawal of home appliances to the countryside, the growth of the tertiary and tertiary markets will have a greater impact.

Earlier in the 2011 quarterly report released by the home appliance industry, there was a trend of performance differentiation.
