According to market research company HIS, flexible OLED displays have received increasing market attention. The market is expected to reach USD 94.8 million by 2014, an increase of 334% from USD 21.9 million this year.

Vinita Jakhanwal, head of mobile and new displays at HIS, said that that could ultimately affect the fate of flexible OLED displays.
Jakhanwal said: "The various new technologies being developed can be described as endless, they will accelerate the upgrade of flexible displays. The success of the flexible OLED market will ultimately depend on the quality of materials and manufacturing processes."
