In an interview, Yu Hao admits, “Although as a public cloud service company, it will be relatively heavy assets and there will be a lot of investment in equipment. Schindler Cloud has also been an innovative enterprise driven by external financing, but Schindler’s Genes determine where they are good at."

Yu Hao introduced that in the next round of financing, Schindler Cloud will mainly invest in infrastructure, because whether it is hardware or network, Schindler Cloud will always do infrastructure investment in this area, and team building will also There are some changes. Although the first wave of customers using cloud services must be Internet customers, traditional enterprise services will gradually improve.

Next, Schindler Cloud also wanted to try to do service for traditional companies, and invited an experienced team to help themselves with this service. This is one of the key inputs after this financing.  

Unlike Alibaba Cloud, Schindler Cloud is a technology service company. Yu Hao made an analogy. If customers need mass production services, they are just ordinary taxis, and they will tend to choose Alibaba Cloud. When customers want to choose a more professional product, they will choose Schindler Cloud. In terms of the codec encoding function, Alibaba Cloud's customers can access it at the same time, and customers can consume after transcoding. However, Schindler Cloud must ensure that server support for tens of thousands of customers has the same ability to support multiple servers in parallel.

Why can such a professional service be provided? Yu Hao told Lei Fengwang (search for "Lei Feng Net" public number attention) that the customer base of Schindler Cloud was actually large enough and there were enough superimposed services, making the entire organization structure support this Way of service.

According to IDC Consulting's 2015 report, IaaS services accounted for 60% of the entire Chinese market, SaaS accounted for about 2%, and the rest were PaaS, accounting for about 30%, while in the US market, SaaS accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for 60%. -70%, IaaS is 30%-40, PaaS only 10%.

Although SaaS also occupies a large proportion in the domestic market, Yu Hao believes that the longest part of Schindler’s Yuncheng’s gene is the underlying technology. When it comes to expansion, it is how to solve this problem. The main solution is that the customer is young. What does this system look like under big, high pressure? We don't necessarily have a solution for a certain industry. We are not such an image. If Schindler Yuncheng says to do it in the future, I will continue to accumulate the components of these PaaS, hoping to form some components that are helpful to the industry, but certain We don't do SaaS. Schindler Cloud now has less than 100 people and just moved to a new office in June. Yu Hao said that he will continue to serve high-growth customers in the future, hoping to provide a one-stop solution that can solve all the problems that Internet companies will encounter.
