Experts in the air-conditioning and refrigeration market believe that with the country's vigorous promotion of building energy efficiency, central air-conditioning has become an important target for the development of the building energy-saving service industry by 2015, which will inevitably lead to rapid growth in the total demand for central air-conditioning products, and the central air-conditioning industry will be Pull the whole. Solving the current energy consumption problem is not only a common issue faced by the entire industry, but also a basis for the central air-conditioning company to win the competition in the industry.

It is reported that the relevant departments have initially determined that nearly 40 cities nationwide will be the key cities for energy conservation renovation of public buildings during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, and require each city to complete a reconstruction of not less than 4 million square meters in the next two years. Air-conditioning and refrigeration market data show that by the end of 2015, the market size of building energy-saving will reach 60 billion yuan, and the market scale of central air-conditioning energy-saving will reach 24 billion yuan. Thanks to the strong promotion of building energy conservation, the entire central air-conditioning industry chain will usher in new opportunities for development.

However, the current situation is not optimistic. In the first half of 2012, the domestic central air-conditioning market was affected by factors such as the global economic crisis and real estate regulation. The slowdown in growth has already taken place. According to statistics in the first half of the year, the total capacity of central air-conditioning industry in China in the first half of 2012 was approximately 27 billion, an increase of 10.2% compared with the same period of last year, and the year-on-year growth rate was close to the lowest point in three years.
