Jiang Bingrong said that the current government departments believe that the pilot project of the “Ten Cities and Ten Thousand Cities†of the Ministry of Science and Technology can be piloted in a small scale at this stage, and it is not suitable for large-scale promotion. Local governments can gradually explore trials, and the central government will gradually advance in a gradual market model. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a good testing platform and lay a good foundation for the pilot cooperation work.
