In this year’s “Government Work Report,†artificial intelligence has once again emerged as a central theme. The report emphasizes the implementation of big data initiatives, the advancement of next-generation artificial intelligence, and the promotion of “Internet +†across sectors such as healthcare, elderly care, education, culture, and sports. AI, big data, and “Internet +†are now seen as the cornerstones of industrial transformation and the driving force behind smart industries.
What makes the new generation of artificial intelligence “new The challenge lies in transforming the hype surrounding AI into tangible, real-world benefits—what many call “floor heating.†This will likely be the core focus of China’s AI development over the next 3–5 years.
Artificial intelligence has made a strong start. China's economic growth has transitioned into a “new normal,†characterized by a shift from rapid expansion to a focus on quality and sustainable development. The AI industry in China began gaining momentum in 2015, and after three years of steady progress, market development, government support, and entrepreneurial energy, it is now entering a phase that prioritizes high-quality and in-depth development.
In May 2015, the State Council released “Made in China 2025,†positioning intelligent manufacturing as the key direction for Chinese industry. Smart manufacturing represents the fusion of AI with traditional production. For AI to truly take root, it must integrate with specific industries and explore practical applications. From the beginning, China has focused on real-world implementation rather than just theoretical discussions—a wise and effective approach.
From 2015 to 2016, multiple policy documents were issued by the State Council and relevant ministries, providing clear guidance on AI’s practical application. For instance, the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the ‘Internet Plus’ Initiative†included AI among its 11 priority areas. The “‘Internet +’ Artificial Intelligence Three-Year Action Implementation Plan†aimed to reach a multi-billion yuan AI market by 2018.
2017 marked a turning point. In March, AI was first included in the “Government Work Report,†elevating it to a national strategy. Later that year, the State Council published the “New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan,†outlining a three-step roadmap. By 2030, China aims to lead globally in AI, with the core AI industry exceeding one trillion yuan and stimulating more than ten trillion yuan in related sectors. In December 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology launched the “Three-Year Action Plan for the Development of a New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Industry (2018–2020),†emphasizing industrialization and integration. AI continued to appear in the 2018 “Two Sessions†reports, underscoring its role as a critical tool for national competitiveness and economic development.
AI is like a water drop—it gradually seeps into all aspects of life and industry. It acts as a catalyst, merging traditional sectors with cutting-edge technologies and accelerating innovation through deep integration. During the recent “Two Sessions,†several leaders emphasized AI’s potential. Li Yanhong of Baidu proposed encouraging companies to open AI platforms, while Ma Huateng of Tencent suggested starting with vertical applications to improve efficiency. Yang Yuanqing of Lenovo highlighted AI’s role in transforming manufacturing. All these voices reflect a shared belief: AI is not just a trend but a transformative force.
The demand for AI talent is rising rapidly. Universities like Nanjing University have established AI colleges, and even high schools are introducing AI courses. According to job market data, fresh AI graduates can earn up to 500,000 to 700,000 yuan annually. Meanwhile, experts like Yao Qizhi, a Turing Award winner, stress the need for long-term investment in foundational research and talent development. As AI continues to evolve, its impact on society and the economy is becoming more profound, making “floor heating†a fitting metaphor for its growing influence.
Tier 1 Solar Panel
Chinese Tier 1 brand Solar Panel (Longi, Jinko, Trina, Canadian, Ja etc.)
This type of product is mainly Tier 1 solar module product in China, include Longi solar panel. Jinko solar panel, Canadian Solar panel, ja solar panel etc.all of which are among the top 10 world-renowned brands. The original A grade product is mainly mono crystalline and half cut cell solar modules, with a power range of 400watts to a maximum of 700watts.quality warranty is 25 years.
A grade, this type of film is characterized by a neat and uniform appearance, printed electrode grid lines, no broken grid, no surface stains, no leakage, no aluminum package, no hidden cracks, no scratches, no black core, no reverse current, stable electrical performance, and high conversion efficiency
Using solar cell testing equipment to measure and screen, the conversion efficiency, filling factor, and appearance that meet certain standards are first level. Generally, the conversion efficiency, filling factor, and appearance of first level are better than those of level B
The level of solar panels can be divided into first level, second level, third level, and fourth level, and the first level components can be divided into first level+and first level - two levels. The second level is also the same, and the cost difference between different levels of solar panels is also very large.
