The circuit uses the 89C52 microcontroller. Here is the schematic:
There are 32 LEDs in total, and all four I/O ports are used. I didn’t include LED current-limiting resistors in this design. You can use a 12MHz or 11.0592MHz crystal oscillator, along with 30pF capacitors for C1 and C2.

Note: The "heart" LED lights use 32 LEDs connected to P0, P1, P2, and P3 of the MCU.
Note: All the positive terminals of the LEDs are connected to about 100Ω resistors and then to VCC, while the negative terminals are connected to the MCU ports.
Note: Before soldering, arrange the LEDs first to check the visual effect, then install the MCU’s minimum system before proceeding with the LED connections.

Note: I used inline resistors directly soldered on the back of the universal board. The crystal oscillator and ceramic capacitor were also soldered into the MCU socket. The LEDs used here are red, yellow, blue, and green.

CD4017 Water Light Circuit Diagram
Circuit Working Principle: The NE555 timer generates pulse signals, which are sent to pin 14 of the CD4017. By adjusting R2, you can control the speed of the water lamp effect. There are 10 LEDs in total, each with a current-limiting resistor. During my build, I used only one resistor for all LEDs, and it worked well. The resistance value was 1kΩ. You can create various shapes like round or heart-shaped using CD4017 circuits with multiple LEDs.
