5, gear box front axle inspection

7, clutch check

8, the tail screw head fixed

Key points: Clean the torque converter structure, especially the bearings. It is recommended to apply grease after cleaning.

12, tail synchronization theory check

Key points: Fix the spindle and slightly rotate the tail shaft. If there is a sliding phenomenon, the tail timing wheel is not fixed enough and needs to be fixed again.

13, the whole machine servo lever cleaning inspection

Key points: Clean the steering gear and tie rods, including the main screw steering gear, the pitch rod and the swash rod, the throttle servo and the tie rod, the tail servo and the tie rod.
Pay attention to whether the connecting part of the tie rod is loose or deformed. Use two fingers to gently tighten the fixing screw to see if it is loose. Pay attention to the wear condition and gap size between the ball and the ball.
When the power is not connected, shake the steering arm by hand to observe whether the stroke is smooth and whether there is slipping. After connecting the power supply, shake the lever to observe the reaction stroke and speed of the corresponding servo.

14, spray system cleaning, inspection

Key points: Check whether the water pump and the nozzle are blocked, whether the line is oxidized, and the rotating disc is fixed.

15, battery check

20, check the replacement air filter

The cleanliness of the air filter will affect the efficiency of the engine. Therefore, check the air filter frequently; replace the installation. Pay attention to whether the fixing clamps are aligned and whether they are secure.

21, cleaning the fire head

Cycle: It is recommended to clean the fire head once a week during the operation.
Key points: Clean with gasoline, and brush the carbon on the fire head with a copper wire brush; clean it and measure the gap between the fire heads with 0.7MM.

22, gear oil inspection and replacement


Cycle: It is recommended to check once a week during the operation. After one month of use, unscrew the oil hole to check whether the gear oil is aging. The first flight after a long period of non-use must also be checked and confirmed. Gear oil should be replaced after 10 flight hours, and gear oil should be replaced every 30 flight hours.
Key points: Check the gear oil seal once a week for leaks. Gear oil aging is clearly recommended for replacement.
