From June 2011 to September 2011, CALiPER conducted the 13th round of testing. This round of tests is based on different models and technologies, using spectroradiometry and goniophotometry for 19 representative products (including 14 LED products and 5 traditional lighting products as benchmarks) Absolute optical measurements were taken. All 14 LED products are tested against the North American Institute of Lighting Engineering (IES) LM-79-08 test procedure; in addition, the five benchmark products are also measured by absolute photometry to allow direct comparison of test results.
This round of testing focuses on the following three key areas:
LED and reference high bay light LED wall light LED and reference 2' x 2' reflective tank
The 13th round of CALiPER test results Tables 1a to 1c summarize the light energy characteristics and color performance of each product in the 13th round of CALiPER, including light output, luminous efficiency, color rendering index (CRI) and correlated color temperature (CCT).
The test data of LEDs and reference lamps obtained in the early CALiPER test also participated in this round of data comparison. The following table lists the thumbnails of each product and the corresponding main test data table 1a: Five hoisting LED high bay lights and two reference lights (a metal halide high bay light and a fluorescent high bay light), related to the shape Available in round, straight and square shapes with power ratings from 75-183W.
