The product realizes a flash memory capacity of 1GByte~4GByte in a 208-ball BGA package (ball grid array package) measuring only 17mm×17mm, which can be reduced not only when the flash memory and the SSD controller are separately installed. 4. Adopting TDK SSD controller GBDriver RS3 adopts NAND flash controller GBDriver RS3 developed by Yushe. The controller has the following reliability enhancement technology.

4-1. The static wear leveling function of the whole area uses the TDK full area static load leveling algorithm to measure the number of erasing (deleting) of the entire storage area (full block). 4-4. When the data statistics function writes data, in order to avoid the same data being continuously written, various data types are automatically randomly configured for writing, and bit errors are not easy to occur.

4-5. Auto Refresh Function This function is to automatically update the function of repairing internal data without access from the system. During the access process, the automatic refresh can be temporarily interrupted, so the response delay does not occur.

4-6. The automatic encryption function with AES128bit mode is equipped with the encryption function of AES128bit mode, which can automatically encrypt data and write it to NAND flash memory. Thereby, leakage and tampering of personal information and secret information can be prevented.

4-7. Other functions (1) The number of sectors (sector) setting function (including clipping function) The number of logical blocks for data area division can be increased or decreased by one sector unit. For example, the number of rewritable flashes can be extended by reducing the number of logic blocks.
